  Had what i thought was a full service and mot booked through servicing stop .co.uk.mot failed on excessive movement of a ball joint.and a coil spring snapped.i can except a snapped coil spring but anyone with any savvy will know that the exssive ball joint is an old chesnut used by some mot test centres to get some cash out of you but as they had my car nothing i could do.all in bill came to over £800
  As for the full service.It states that the brake fluid,anti freeze to be checked and topped up.been under the bonnet of the car none of this was done.Also states that air filter replaced......just had it taken out by a real mechanic and it came out blocked and black this is only two months after it was alledgedly replaced.Now waiting to see what servicingstop customer service have to say.Will keep you posted.
